There are many organizations in Raleigh that also have your back. Here are a few close to the Meredith campus:
Meals-to-Go (Adopt a College Kid) - "We are Tom and Rachael Sullivan, and we set off on a journey to support college students who don't live on campus with Meals-to-Go. Our goal is to prepare a healthy home-cooked meal as a great meal goes a long way."
Wake County’s Food Resource Locator is available at here.
A Place at the Table is a pay-what-you-can nonprofit cafe at 300 W. Hargett St. Suite 50 in downtown Raleigh. If you need a meal but cannot currently afford one, this is a great stop.
